Drew Fridge is a multi-talented artist hailing from Chicago, IL, who has made a name for himself as a songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist in the TV/film industry. Growing up, Drew was heavily influenced by his mother's gospel singing career and the musical community he was a part of through church. He began writing songs in middle school and continued to refine his craft throughout high school, earning recognition for his talent at national competitions, including the 2012 NAACP’s ACTSO Awards hosted by ACTSO alumni, Anthony Anderson; where he won a silver medal in music composition as a high school senior. In his spare time, Drew would post live arrangements of popular songs to youtube that quickly garnered over 100,000 views collectively before eventually deciding to delete the youtube channel. However, his arranging talents led him to opportunities to work as a musical director for several touring artists from Chicago throughout in the years to follow. Drew's early success fueled his ambition to pursue a professional music career, leading him to form the band Khameelion as a freshman at Columbia College Chicago. After several years of garnering success with the group and opening for internationally renowned R&B acts like Brandy, LeToya Luckett, Raheem DeVaughn and others, Drew decided to pursue solo ventures as a songwriter and producer.

In 2015, Drew signed with A-Creative Music Group in a joint venture with Universal Music Publishing Group as a producer. During this time, Drew worked closely with Grammy® Award-winning artist Elley Duhé and collaborated with acts like Usher (on his album 'Hard II Love' in 2016), before deciding to part ways with the label in 2018. Drew's talents led him into the world of television music and sound design through mentor Jeff Morrow as a composer on Lee Daniels' hit shows Empire® and STAR® on FOX; while also composing for movie trailers and commercials for brands like Coca-Cola and McDonald's, often collaborating with some of the top advertising agencies in the world.

More recently, Drew composed the score for the movie 'North of the 10' on BET+ and co-produced the soundtrack along with a host of talented collaborators including Chicago natives Jack Red and D Phelps. Drew’s bold, timeless sound continues to resonate with audiences of all ages and backgrounds, making him set to leave an indisputable mark on the industry. Drew is gearing up to release highly anticipated original music in 2024.
